For night owls, this tea is perfect for that liver detox. So glad this tea is not bitter, I usually have similar kinds of herbal teas and it is usually bitter. Each bag makes a perfect cup of tea, and you can refill twice and still have that consistent flavor.

18 flavors (and herbal ingredients) in 30 Chinese Nourishing Liver tea bags - fragrant, calming!
I drink too much caffeine to start my day (usually a double espresso hidden in a oat milk latte), so by evening it’s time for my herbal fix - usually bagged, or (preferably) loose herbal tea. I’m particular about the taste of my evening beverage and usually prefer fragrant and aromatic teas with flowers, seed, or fruit, ingredients, so I was IMMEDIATELY charmed by this box of 30 herbal tea bags, advertised as Liver Care Tea. That scared me for a few minutes, because I have liver issues, but certainly like the herbal ingredients that promise to “nourish and protect the liver”.The 18 ingredients include seeds, fruit, flowers, and roots: cassia seeds, gardenia fruit, Chinese yam, goji berries, dandelion, just to name-drop a few. The fruit is prominent on my palate after following the recommended pour of boiling water over the tea bags in my favorite 10 -14 ounce mug, I wait for it to cool just a hair while enjoying the subtle and aromatic notes. I used two bags in slightly less-than boiling water to make a pitcher of 32 ounce iced tea, and it was just as good iced as hot (and NO caffeine, so I can drink it day or night!)
