Setup was easier than I expected and the video quality looks really sharp, even at night. The motion alerts come through quickly and the app is pretty simple to navigate. I like being able to check the front door from my phone when I’m not home. The two-way audio is also surprisingly clear. The subscription features are a little annoying, but overall the doorbell itself works really well and feels high quality.

We installed it by the door, and the setup was super easy, no issues at all. My only question is about the screws—they were surprisingly huge! I wonder why they’re so big when smaller ones would work, but that’s just how they come in the box. Overall, I’m absolutely happy with the product and highly recommend it!

I like it. I seem to have issues with lowering sensitivity, it keeps returning to high and the loud passing vehicles set it off often. I wish I could add either a plug or dish to keep it charged. Sometimes I have minor connectivity problems. But for most part it's nice and easy to assemble

I’ve been running this doorbell for a bit now and it’s been solid across the board. First thing that stands out is the video quality. The 2K is sharp. You can clearly see faces, packages, and what’s actually going on at your door instead of guessing. The vertical view is clutch too. I can see from head to toe and the ground, which is perfect for deliveries. Install was easy. I went through setup quick and the app makes it pretty straightforward. Once it’s up, everything just works. Live view loads fast, notifications come through when they should, and I can check things on the fly without messing with settings every five minutes. The alerts are actually useful. It’s not constantly blowing up your phone over nothing. When I get a notification, it’s usually something I care about. I’ve used the two way audio a few times with delivery drivers and it’s been clear with no issues. Performance has been consistent. No random disconnects or weird bugs so far. Only thing to keep in mind is you’ll want the subscription if you really want to take advantage of everything like recordings and smarter alerts. Without it, you’re kind of limited. Overall, this has been a great upgrade for me. Reliable, clear video, and does exactly what I need without overcomplicating anything.

The doorbell works very nicely, the software is customisable, and the subscription fee is very reasonable!

This is a really good video Doorbell it is head to toe images very clear night vision is brilliant. Would definitely buy one again.
