How long would this catnip last for because 2 oz seems quite small and how many toys could I fill if I used 2-3 pinches?

You will be amazed about how long the tub lasts. It is the size of a medium yogurt tub and my tub lasted months with my three cats with a pinch or two every other day. Hope this helps.

Are there any additives or sprays that are in here or is it 100% pure catnip?

States it's 100% catnip No mention about additives or sprays.
