Great product but poor delivery packaging
Love this product but when it arrived it was spilling product from to top was broken. It might’ve been hit in the corner in the process of delivery but it wasted most of the conditioner and shampoo It came in the standard white bag envelope packaging Amazon has been using. Due to not have taken a photo I won’t get a refund even though I spoke to someone offshore and I was advise to trash it they won’t acknowledge me at all, even though they record all conversations but they can’t find my conversation. This is not good customer service.
