The control buttons are intuitive, and the design is sleek. Unfortunately, we had an accident that broke a few of the tube caps included with the unit. I reached out to the seller, and they quickly replaced the caps without any hassle. Overall, we’ve had a great experience with both the product and the customer service. I highly recommend it!

DO NOT BUY! This centrifuge blew up in my basement after just a handful of uses! The plastic inside blew up into multiple pieces and were literally thrown across the room at high speed. If me or my kids were standing near it, it could’ve killed us. Seriously, I am addressing this directly with seller bc this is incredibly dangerous! DO NOT BUY!

The centrifuge would spin up to about 2600 rpm and then suddenly turn itself off. It would do this even with no samples loaded, so it was not a balancing issue.
