Great experience
We purchased this unit for our ICP elemental analysis laboratory, and it arrived right on schedule. It operates exceptionally well and is impressively quiet. The control buttons are intuitive, and the design is sleek. Unfortunately, we had an accident that broke a few of the tube caps included with the unit. I reached out to the seller, and they quickly replaced the caps without any hassle. Overall, we’ve had a great experience with both the product and the customer service. I highly recommend it!

IT BLEW UP LIKE A BOMB!
DO NOT BUY! This centrifuge blew up in my basement after just a handful of uses! The plastic inside blew up into multiple pieces and were literally thrown across the room at high speed. If me or my kids were standing near it, it could’ve killed us. Seriously, I am addressing this directly with seller bc this is incredibly dangerous! DO NOT BUY!

Excellent Value for the Price
I ordered this centrifuge for a ICP elemental analysis laboratory, and I have to say, it’s been fantastic. The low speed and RPM range of 500-4000RPM is ideal for our work, and the machine is surprisingly quiet, which is a big improvement over other lab equipment used in the past. The control buttons are intuitive, and it was easy to get it up and running right out of the box. It accommodates a wide range of tube sizes (from 2ml to 50ml), which is perfect for our experiments. Additionally, the built-in timer and the reliable, consistent performance are invaluable for analysis. The design is sleek, and it’s compact enough to fit neatly on a benchtop without taking up too much space. I also reached out to the seller about some tube caps that got damaged in an accident, and they quickly replaced them without any issues. Great customer service, too! All in all, this centrifuge has been a great addition to the lab, offering exceptional quality.

Powered on at least
The centrifuge would spin up to about 2600 rpm and then suddenly turn itself off. It would do this even with no samples loaded, so it was not a balancing issue.

It accommodates a wide range of tube sizes, from 2ml to 50ml, and the built-in timer along with consistent performance adds to its overall reliability.
