TAZO Refresh Tea Bag, 20 CT

This is a mint tea which even the self-proclaimed mint tea non-fanatic I know appreciated when sick and has come to enjoy. It has a soothing vapor and flavor and is helpful for digestion. I love a cup to unwind after a stressful day!

In the evenings, when I want to just Netflix and chill, or read a book, and I want something soothing and warm...this is my go to. It is tasty, not overwhelming (some mint just smacks you with the MINT flavor) and does not need any sugar or honey to just sit and sip.....Ahhhhh

I love the taste of this tea.The package took longer to arrive than anticipated.

This is one of my favorite go-to teas! I’m a caffeine addict, but even I know my limits. This tea is a terrific caffeine-free blend of peppermint and spearmint that gives you that “wake me up” aroma without the worry of staying up all night. Admittedly, I’ve tried other mint teas to try to find cheaper alternatives, but they never measured up. Buying it in 3-pack helped save money and it’s worth it!

This is my favorite caffeine-free tea. I'm drinking it right now. Light and refreshing taste of mint. I don't taste the pinch of tarragon, which is OK by me.

I've recently been starting my day with white tea rather than my standard coffee, both to avoid the caffeine stomach irritation and jitters, as well as for the great heath benefits of drinking white tea. This is a nice tea, with a bit of a mint taste that is somewhat surprising.
