I got these as a gift for my husband who spends a lot of time in front of a monitor. He has said that he notices a difference in his eye fatigue, and that these reduce the strain on his eyes.

I bought the GUNNAR Vertex glasses for my husband after watching him squint at his computer screen for what felt like hours every night. Between work, gaming, and binge-watching shows, his eyes were constantly red and strained, and I was pretty sure he was one bad eye twitch away from needing a whole new prescription. These glasses? A game-changer. The first day he wore them, he said his eyes felt noticeably less tired by the end of the night. He even joked he might start wearing them to bed (don’t worry, that didn’t happen). The style is sleek, not too bulky, and he doesn’t mind wearing them at all. I’m relieved, because I was getting tired of hearing him complain about eye strain and his tech addiction—now I only have to hear the tech addiction part. If you’ve got a husband who’s glued to screens all day and night, do him (and yourself) a favor and grab these glasses. The relief in his eyes—and mine—is totally worth it.

I just received my pair of gunnar vertex moss amber lens glasses... Where does it say that these are magnified readers? I don't need glasses so I was under the assumption these were just blue light blockers...

While they are easy and comfortable to wear, I just don’t know how effective they are. I wear them when watching TV and when working on my computer, but don’t notice any difference. Maybe they are working and I just don’t know the difference.

Bought the adult size. Was too big. Returned and bought kids size and it fits perfectly. During a Zoom call, the caller can see the glare on my glasses but I don't care. It appears that the characters on the computer screen are more clear. Super comfortable that I can wear it for hours (and I dont wear glasses in general). ❤️ it.
