Q: I'm 5.6 and 116 what would fit me?

I wear Size 4 or 6 at Athleta. I buy SM pants at CRZ.

Q: Why do the pockets kind of pop out... do i need to size up? I feel like if i do that they'll be way too big. Anyone else have this issue?

I don't have this problem with the pockets.

Q: How baggy should these really be?

Just loose enough for me to play pickleball in when weather is cooler. They do not cling but not baggy that they balloon out either. Look pretty much like the picture shows.
