TitleistVelocity Golf Balls (One Dozen)

As a leisure golfer, I ordered a set some time back just to try a new color. I was very pleased with the flight of the ball and the ease of spotting the ball on the fairway (when I actually got it on there). I ordered a second set but it never showed up after quite some time. I contacted the vendor and they immediately offered a refund or a replacement. I chose the refund, but then the balls showed up later. I contacted the vendor to inform them that I received the order, and they stated that I could go ahead and keep them at no charge. Great vendor!

A golfing partner of mine turned me on to these golf balls and have no regretted it since. In my book, these are these golf balls are by far the best for control, distance and overall game play. I have far better control and distance with these balls than various others I have used over the years. May be worth a shot to help improve your game a little!

Why they didn’t make colored golf balls popular sooner is beyond me. I’m not good at golf, so I won’t comment on how they hit. Best I can tell you is they are as good as any other Titleist I’ve used. What I can tell you is the orange is amazing. It is so easy to track the ball in a air, and find it in the rough, woods, etc. if you miss the fairway like me, or it’s a difficult day to follow your ball. Use these.

I'm very happy with these golf balls and just played a round this afternoon. I cannot speak to added driving distance because I picked a dozen of these up to go with a new driver upgrade. However, I will say I was really impressed with these balls from about my 8-iron and in. Lots of times with golf balls promising added distance you have to give up some of the spin required to keep your approach shots on the green. That wasn't the case with these Velocity balls. I always take one club extra on par 3s, and on two occasions today even though the ball looked like it was going to roll off the back, they stuck (the other two par 3 tee hots were, well... user error). They also released well on short bump-and-runs around greens, and the putting seemed pretty true once I figured out the speed of the greens.These balls are relatively affordable, and most importantly build some confidence. I've found that as someone who can't play as much he would like, anything that adds a little confidence to my game is well worth it and helps make up for the week+ in between rounds. My game can't benefit from top of the line Pro V1s, Chromes, etc., so these are a great alternative. I would highly recommend to anyone from a mid-handicapper on up.

Great balls, tried out several side by side w driver, goes same distance as the ProV and has decent spin rate Feel is slight softer feel on ProV models, but this are durable and still have good reliable iron approach distance and stop on green 145 wedge hit pin high, bounded forward then backed up 5 feet. ProV did same, landed a bit past and sucked back 10 feet

When Titleist stopped making the NXT I had to find a new ball. The "Tour Soft" was advertised as the replacement for NXT. Except it is not an equivalent at all. The "Tour Soft" is made to be a soft-feel ball, while the NXT was a harder feel. I shot like crap for most of the season (average of 8 strokes off my handi), but then I did a lot of homework and tried the Velocity ball. Problem fixed. Titleist really made me mad with this episode.

This is my new favorite golf ball. I love the distance it has and it plays well around the green. Good value for the price of the ball. I enjoy the white ball better because the orange ball is more difficult to see in the air flight of the ball.

Got these for my wife and her distance has improved over the Bridgestone E6 she was using. Love the glossy pink of this older version, don't care for the new matte color on this year's version
