This machine is useless. No way could a beginner use it.
I am a very experienced dressmaker and firstly the bobbin would not wind, the thread went underneath the spool and I was using Gutterman as recommended. The instructions are not clear, there are product name or contact details and I would like a quick refund please, this is the second one in a couple of months, the Singer model has been collected. I regularly use Amazon and am disgusted at the shoddy products.

The size is not accurate. Its only 26 cm length. And not KTOTION brand..NO BRAND It say made in china. Other than that is ok.
