It’s salt!
I used this flaky salt to top some cupcakes! It worked well, the chunks were large but not too big to crunch on. Tasted fine. Not sure what else to say about this one!

High quality sea salt
Works great for various meals that I make, anywhere that requires salt. Or simply where I want to use it, such as fried eggs.

Expensive salt, more rocky than flaky
I have always wanted to try flaky salt with my baked goods and I was excited to try this brand. Upon opening the bag, I noticed that a good portion of the salt was not flaky, but rather rocky. It made using it as a finisher not as appetizing because of the "crunch" of the salt. That texture combined with the large price ($3/oz) made it not an order I would make again. At the end of the day, it's salt. I'm not going to pay 3x what most of the other flaky salts on Amazon cost.

Tasty stakes
Used it on top of my stakes and it gave a nice salty flavor to it. A little goes a long way but it's very nice.

OKay sea salt
I would say that this is an okay sea salt. Flavor is decent. It is a bigger grain then I expected and so it doesn't dissolve or mix well with some dishes. But it is a great finishing salt!

Delicious and unique
I have become increasingly interested in trying new salts and had to give this one a try. The uniqueness of where it is sourced and the story of how it is produced on limestone clay beds to produce these tasty, crunchy crystals were all I needed to know that I had to try this salt. The tin it arrives in is cute and easy to use, just be aware of the two sides of tape so you don’t lose any of the salt when opening for the first time and do it over an empty bowl to catch any of the grains that may make it out. I really, really like this salt a lot. The strength of the saltiness for me is one of the stronger ones I have tried. I would only use this as a finishing or maybe rimming salt due to the price but also for the strong flavor that these uses would be perfect for. And, it just dissolves so quickly on the tongue with the first thing I notice is the flavor and umami and then, at the end, the lingering saltiness of it is what really stands out. I will be trying my best not to reach for this every time I need a finish to a dish so I don’t run out soon but, when I do, I will come back for more! It is a bit pricey but, I do feel it will last longer than it would seem because of the amount of flavor and saltiness it has, it won’t take much to do the trick. I would recommend this as a great, unique housewarming or general gift idea to anyone who enjoys cooking or unique salt options - it is a perfect size for stashing into a gift basket.

Chunkier than I expected.
I thought this would be a good finishing salt, but its definitely chunkier than I imagined. It is tasty, so I am still using it as a finishing salt, but I put it in a grinder for that. It has a nice clean flavor.8/10 I would recommend it. I hope this review is helpful.

Filled to the brim
This Spicewell tin is packed tight and filled to brim. I opened it and salt spilled everywhere. I like the tin this comes in. The presentation makes it quite giftable by itself, or as one element in a gift hamper. The salt's taste is sea salty. The texture is coarse.
