Wheat free, non toxic ingredients & Organic!
Love this brand and love the penne noodles! I was looking replace wheat pasta for less calories and reduce gluten intake. This is a good substitute! It’s light in my tummy and filling! It’s a bit pricey on Amazon (in store $4 a box) but I love the convenience. I wish they would do organic glyphosate free chickpea pasta too for higher protein! Please just stay affordable and organic!

My new favorite pasta
I was a little scared to try this pasta considering I do not like brown rice and quinoa, but this pasta is delicious and it is my new way to eat pasta. I eat it in a salad, with pesto and with vegan sausage and tomato sauce. It came out perfect every time. I hope I can find this in lasagna sheets as well!
