I Finally Get It!
My daughter has been a fan of Rick Riordan for a long time. More than a decade and I just couldn't understand what her fascination with this topic by this writer was. Well I don't necessarily agree with all of the content, he has a very unique style of writing and bringing to life whatever he is discussing. He has a way of allowing you to feel connected which each character as well as letting you know what those characters are thinking and why they are doing what they are doing without minimizing what is being taken care of and handled.I can appreciate the fact that he turns young readers on two reading and expanding their vocabulary. It's one of the wonderful facts about reading on Amazon Kindle or any of the online support tools where you can highlight a word to find out what the definition of that word is. That can only help but elaborate and expand young minds for vocabulary, all while gaining a hunger to read.

I hope this is the end, in a good way!
I don't mean I don't want the rest of the series but after the nest two books after this I think that Riordan should have a Harry Potter style epiloge at the end of the third book. The reason I'm saying this is because what's the point of going on? There's not much to tell after this series I feel like if he has to save the world it would just be a stressful read. So I feel like he should have a fourteen page epiloge that will make you cry. I would like that. But anyways this was an amazing book, with lots of humor which I love. Although I will say that percy said boomer wayyyyy to much in one chapter, but thats it. Also it had tons of heart it was a very peaceful read. I do wish Grover would say "Drive just drive!" and reverence Annabeth, Grover, and percy's own musical (Oh wait, I forgot that Rick was a jerk and hasn't even listened to the soundtrack that Rob, Kristin, Chris, George and others worked so hard on!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) Overall a fantastic book

great book but the nostalgia is intense😭🥺
Over all this book is a tear jerking ode to the past adventures of Percy and co. Throughout the book Rick Riordan delves into the theme of time. With the magical arcade that shows the feeling of going back to younger days to Gerry trying to showcase the importance of accepting age. Also this book makes want to reread all of Percy’s earlier adventures do to nostalgia.

Great book!
My son has all the Rick Riordian books and he loved this one just as much! He's been reading them since he was around 6. He's now 19 and still loves them! 100% recommended!

It’s Percy Jackson!
So I had to grab a copy of this book ( despite already having the UK version) as the covers for the US market are waaaaay better! I loved the originals and this is no different!

Riordan does it again!
As an aging Gen-X'er who loved the original series as an adult, this book was the perfect continuation of Percy’s adventures and even struck a chord with me as I leave my 40's behind...I won't give spoilers, but will say that the themes of youth, old age and new beginnings made for a wonderful read (and good midlife crisis counseling LOL). And of course there's still the same sparkling humor and warmth of the first novels. A delightful afternoon read for young and old alike! Can't wait for the next two!

Amazing
Having read the original series and “Heroes of Olympus” recently, I was glad to know Rick was writing a new book. As always, the book was funny and made some references to the other series. Highly recommend it.(SPOILERS AHEAD) I also enjoyed a lot the fact that is story was more self contained and had lower stakes: he was not trying to save the world, but to achieve something that personally was perhaps even more important.

Childhood Nostalgia
I read the Percy Jackson books when I was in middle school. I'm now in my final year of university, and I feel like I've been teleported back in time. Even though the stakes are lower, there is unmistakeable thrill and adventure as expected from a Riordanverse book. Percy's narration is hilarious and top-tier, as usual. The OG trio are back. Percabeth is stronger than ever. It's everything you'd want in a spinoff of a legendary series. 10/10.
