Does what it should do at a great price. Super clear face shield. Reviews stating it is distorted or cloudy didn't realize both sides have a plastic protection film on them. I was set to return it because I didn't realize there was a film on the inside. Optics were distorted badly then I checked and sure enough there was a film on the inside, too. Removed it and it is optically clear and perfect. Highly recommend and I'd buy it again for sure!

I bought the Sellstrom Advantage Face Shield for yard work - mainly weed-eating - and it’s been great at keeping debris off my face. The overall design is solid, and it’s surprisingly lightweight, so it doesn’t feel bulky or get in the way while I’m moving around.The shield offers good visibility, though it can fog up a bit from your breath during use - nothing major, but something to note if you're working in humid or cooler conditions.My only real gripe is with the plastic connectors that hold the shield in place. They occasionally pop open while I’m working. I’ve never lost the shield, but I do have to stop and reattach it at times, which is a bit annoying. With a little improvement in that area, this would be a 5-star product. Still, for the pr ice and protection, it’s a solid buy and does exactly what I need it to do.

I am a wood worker. I get tired of my glasses fogging over when I have a dust mask on. I bought these to use when this happens. I am now wearing them pretty much all the time. It is well designed, has an adjustable head piece. The shield can be put up easily and stays down while you are working. I think I got a very good deal for the price.

I ordered this as I watched sparks fly in our new steel garage building as my husband worked on something. After looking at several reviews and price points, I decided to get this one. It is an excellent face shield! As other reviews note, it fits well with the band that can be tightened or loosened, and one can wear eyeglasses easily underneath it. The day after it arrived, we had a tree fall across our road, and my husband wore it when he was using the chainsaw. He is thrilled with this item.

There are many ways to go to the emergency room. One way you definitely don't want is with a facial injury from a cutting wheel that was spinning at 13000 RPM when it exploded and sent chunks of material into your head.There is nothing remarkable or exciting about this face shield. Its strong enough to deflect materials away from your face and its comfortable enough to wear for long periods. The build construction feels a bit cheap but at this price point it has to be. The only thing that really matters is its rated for ANSI Z87.1+. This is the standard at which eye protection is judged to protect.The only annoying thing I noticed was the shield would not reliably stay in the up position when wearing it. Maybe this is a design feature to make your wear it more.Don't risk your modeling career and get a face shield!
