What an awesome thermal camera to add to my troubleshooting toolkit.
It’s much bigger than the pictures show. The image is exceptional and works amazingly well and faster than I expected. I tested this against my infrared laser thermometer and they are extremely close in accuracy. In my work, it’s for troubleshooting electronic parts that are over heating. For this use, i only need the lower temperature range. While I haven’t used it yet, I purchased this model because it records video as well. I can’t wait to try this and video a power up sequence of a circuit board. A solid product at a very lucrative price point. The case is a semi hard style case. It seem more than adequate for standard storage where protecting the lcd would be my major concern. I hope this review helps you.

VERSATILE tool for multiple different uses !
For the money , this thermal imager is hard to beat. I have used it to check circuit breaker panels and wiring for hotspots, checking my vehicles electrical system and look for cold cylinders when troubleshooting performance. It has a sufficient range to spot my horses and livestock at night when a light just cant reach that far. I havent had but for a couple of months so I cant speak to durability but battery life is very good so far, the built in lense cap is a handy feature that I especially like. The screen size is plenty adequate even for my eyes. All appearances so far is that it is well made, solid and durable and certainly much more cost effective than most. This is a tool I would take to a job site as a contractor as things have a tendency to disappear at some places and a multi-thousand dollar loss of a high end unit is a hard pill to swallow. Excellent piece of gear and a good buy !

Amazing detail, low cost & larger screen than most other flir type units
I WAS VERY IMPRESSED! Its hard for me to give a 5 star review, but this was a slam dunk. Easy downloading if you use the cable they sent with it, I tried my own and it didn't work. No software needed, but the directions make it sound like you need a disc which was not in the box. A PC sees it like a USB, just pulled the images off. Fast screen acquisition as you move. If it holds up over time this is truly a well build and accurate tool. The sensitivity was so fine, I could walk across vinyl or carpet and see the heat signature of my footprints behind me. If you are into home inspections, energy audits, electrical equipment inspection, etc, this is a great rig. You do need to be aware of the reflectivity regarding flir type cams, you'll get bad temp readings. Battery life is very good as well. The early automatic shut down is avoided if you take a pic every few minutes. That is easy as well, just pull the trigger.

Good Performer
While it takes a little learning to understand how to get accurate readings from the emissivity setting, this imager is really easy to use - and for finding hot or cold spots, is a solid tool for anybody needing to evaluate and improve insulation. It offers 5 different levels of normal and thermal image blending, from pure thermal to pure visual, so you can easily adjust photos and videos for better recognition of location and items later. No special software is required to pull captures off of the device by USB. One issue that I have not figured out if there is a setting to disable automatic thermal scale shifting. When viewing an area with a lot of similar temperatures, a single pixel that is exceptionally hot will skew the display coloring and wash out colder area differences. That can be overcome by carefully covering or framing hot spots out, but it would be nice if the centering of the range could be set to not shift.

Thermal Imager with Quality and Capabilities at a Great Price
Having used my first thermal imaging product over 30 years ago, what this imaging camera can do pretty remarkable. It lacks some ease of use in doing spot temperature selection due to the user interface and you need to avoid quick motion with the camera, but the wide range of temperatures, the resolution at this price, and the fact it is rechargeable, comes with everything you need, and a protective case make it a bargain. If you want the features and quality of a cameral costing 20 to 30 times as much, you will be disappointed, but if you want a tool you can use right out of the case and which allows you to document what you see, this tool is hard to beat. The price point on the device opens up the usage to a variety of users/trades where a getting tool like this was not feasible in the past.

Pretty Awesome for the Price
This is my first thermal camera, and I am glad I bought it compared to anything higher or lower priced... Even a FLIR of the same price would be way worse. My only gripes are the refresh rate and the software- after averaging out the number of frames over a certain time, you get about an 8Hz refresh rate. This is not the end of the world, but 25Hz advertised is just true. It is still usable even for video at this rate, just not for anything needing high motion clarity. It is also a little choppy, with lags whenever the sensor needs to recalibrate, so I recommend learning FFMPEG and its mpdecimate(?) filter in order to get smooth video out of the camera. The software is also pretty lackluster, as I cannot get images out of it without the UI on top. Overall, still a steal of a camera at this resolution. Very usable.

Very helpful!
I had a FLIR TG130 for a few years to find gaps, cracks, and cold spots in our house during the winter. It really helped seal up this 1800's built home, but it had challenges. It would only read down to 14F so if I went out on colder day looking for heat leaking from the house the whole screen was 1 color and not useful. The FLIR also did not save images like this one does so I would take pictures with my phone for later reference, and started taking pictures of the FLIR in place to get the surrounding wall for location context. With the visible light camera on this KAIWEETS I was able to quickly walk around snapping pics of problem spots and download them to my laptop for later review on an even larger screen. The FLIR didn't come with a case or lens cover so I have to clean off the lens and be careful when storing it. The KAIWEETS storage bag is padded to protect the unit and the dust cover keeps the lens clean. This is very easy to use, tweak the images for details and color pattern, and to review the images later on the device itself or a computer. All the added features, broader temperature range, larger screen, etc for the same price as the old FLIR.

Batteria in stand by di lunga durata.

works as expected, no problem.
It's not a Flir, but costs 1/8 of a equivalent Flir camera. Works right out of the box. I'm happy.
