Were sent used shoes (which they tried to hide)
Our original order had a damaged lace ring. That was no big deal but when we received a replacement pair, it was immediately obvious that the damaged pair were well used and resoled.That's terrible to begin with, and now they will not pick up the shoes but instead will not refund us until we spend $8 to return them.DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SELLERClearly untrustworthy along with terrible customer service.The new boots we received look great and feel great, but I wouldn't risk buying them from this seller.
