Finally! A 6-month aged Manchego
I love a lot of the recipes that Spain On A Fork produces on YouTube, and Albert is always saying that the Manchego cheese he uses is aged 6 months. The vast majority of Manchegos I've found available to mail order out to the rural Midwest area where I live are either 1 year or 3 months. I am so Very pleased to find this. Thank you!
