I've noticed that some people are complaining that this product isn't strong enough. That's because it's not a standardized extract. If you read the description, it says, "This product is a natural source of caffeine, typically providing 20-40 mg per capsule."So, if you want to hit 200 mg a day, you'll need to take as many as 10 capsules. If you want a much lower amount of caffeine that absorbs more slowly, this is the best product I've found.

I'm using a different brand. I couldn't constantly sleep on this brand. Took every morning 1 pill but would wake up the next day at 3am. did give energy. I do like Swanson products not this one.

Do not buy this product. I did not know that it was not returnable. It gave me a severe headache!

I use this as a kicker with their Taurine 500 mg 100 Caps. Purchasing the ingredients in energy drinks is much cheaper than regular consumption of the energy drinks. This $2 bottle lasts about a month for me, a $2 drink though, not as longThe only downfall to purchasing Swanson products here is the shipping. But even with the shipping, if you purchase even just a couple of items, its still cheaper than other brands even with the shipping. Though I would suggest purchasing from their site because they often have sales like buy one get one free etc that wouldnt apply here
