Sleek, professional-looking tablet case
I was impressed by the case from the moment it arrived in its neat box. The box contained the case, keyboard, a charging cable and instructions. The instructions are quite basic and the translations are a bit strange, but it was easy enough to follow the setup. Connecting the keyboard via Bluetooth was straightforward; simply switch it on, press connect and done, and I like that the keyboard arrived charged so I could set it up and try it out straight away. The case itself is of very nice quality. I went for the dark green and it's true to the colour depicted in the listing images. The edges are smooth and well finished and the case feels sturdy. My tablet fits snugly within the frame without the screen being obscured and all the cutouts in the case line up properly with the buttons and ports so everything is accessible. There is also a slot to hold the S Pen, but as it's sized exactly the same as the pen, it's a bit awkward to get the pen out when the tablet is propped up for typing as the keyboard is in the way, so when I'm using the keyboard it's handier to snap my pen to the top of my tablet instead. The case otherwise works well at turning my tablet into a mini laptop, it feels pretty sturdy. It can be propped up in three positions so you can vary the screen angle, and the keyboard is magnetic so it snaps to the case and doesn't slide off in any position. The magnets feel good and strong all over, including on the closing flap. The keyboard is satisfactory, the quality is fine, the letters are clear and responsive, but the keystrokes are quite noisy. The listing doesn't include an image of the case closed with the tablet inside, so I tested it out and it does close neatly with the keyboard inside it, but the auto wake/sleep doesn't work when the keyboard is in place. The shape of the keyboard means that the keys aren't quite in direct contact with the screen, but it may be worth inserting a thin piece of fabric or similar if you're worried about scratches from the keys.Overall, I'm really pleased with this case and keyboard. It is comfortable to use and I think I'll get lots of use out of it, so I would definitely recommend it.
