Malpractice by Amazon
Received a defective product and return was picked up the next day, but it is showing that returned pickup failed. Even after calling numerous times the status is not updated. No refund has been received even after 10 days. Every time you call they tell you to wait for 3 days. The only mistake I did was to give an honest reason that the product is defective. Since the product is useless for Amazon till next Diwali, they will refund my money probably after December quarter.

Not in proper size
Product size mention in description is 2×10 feet, but actually it's 1×10 feet. Very worst product & price is very hight

Anaemic with no USB plug!
The lights are bright but the leaves are tiny, much tinier than shown in the pictures. Since these skinny leaves are strung on 10 widely spaced lines, the overall aesthetic is quite anaemic.For such tiny leaves, a minimum of 20 lines would be a decent number to line an average French window in Mumbai.Also, the product description is a bit misleading as there is no USB plug.

there are 10 lead of 36 inch length each attached with a approx 156 inch wire
for small balcony and room it is a good option to use it in place of traditional jhaalar
