Excellent Filter! Clean, Crisp Water Every Time
I’ve been using the Waterdrop 3L filter for a few weeks now, and I’m thoroughly impressed with its performance. The water tastes incredibly clean and crisp, far better than my previous filters. The sleek, compact design fits perfectly in my fridge without taking up much space, and the 3L capacity is just right for my daily use. What I love most about this filter is how easy it is to use. The installation process was straightforward, and the filter doesn’t slow down the water flow like some other brands.Overall, the Waterdrop 3L filter has exceeded my expectations, providing me with great-tasting, pure water at a reasonable price. Highly recommend! Thanks to H. to help me out when I needed!

Lovely Water Dispenser
Firstly, really happy to find an alternative to bottled water/single use plastic.I didn’t want a standard hand held water filter container nor one to attach to sink fittings; then saw this at my daughters - ideal.Made well and sturdy yet elegantly fits into the kitchen. The water is rapidly filtered and pours out at a double tap. To stop it is a single tap and lol few times I’ve double tapped and the water continued to pour out, but since got my tapping in order.Whether my imagination but the filtered water has a lighter taste - assuming a lower sodium level! Can’t comment on the life of the filter as I’ve not reached that stage yet but it’ll be standard as others - i.e. replace after X usage! To add, a pal saw my one and instantly ordered one and another pal in Oz interested too … so seems that it’s definitely got an attraction about it.

Attractive design, but fails to deliver: a deeply frustrating purchase
If I could have given this product negative stars, I would have. We bought this water filter with the hope of improving our daily experience, but unfortunately, it not only failed to do so, it has caused far more frustration than benefit. After just three days of use, the filter stopped working entirely. Despite regularly cleaning and descaling the kettle (we live in a hard water area in England), the filter utterly failed to deliver on its promise to improve water quality. To give you an idea, I have attached photos of the kettle after only two days of use.The product's design is also a significant flaw. The spout is positioned so awkwardly that filling a standard bottle is impossible without propping the jug up with a random container. Worse still, the touch-sensitive sensor that activates the water flow is highly unreliable, especially if your hands are damp. Imagine having to explain to every guest how to use the jug because it doesn’t respond properly – utterly absurd! The water flow is painfully slow, meaning it takes an age just to fill a single glass. It’s completely impractical for serving water at family meals. On top of this, the jug’s size makes it difficult to wash or refill in a standard sink. The only positive, if I can call it that, is the aesthetic design: a rectangular base with rounded edges, reminiscent of Apple products. But honestly, what’s the point of a good design if the product fails to serve its primary function? We are extremely disappointed, especially given the hefty price we paid. We feel completely ripped off. I cannot recommend this product to any family, and I’m taking the time to write this review to ensure others don’t make the same mistake we did.

Best water filter and customer service
Absolutely love this water filter. For years I used jugs- and got frustrated anytime I forgot to prepare my water in advance- and it was easy to forget when to change the filter. I have had my waterdrop for 6 months and it was half the price of the terrible machine I bought and returned because it was a jug with a refridgeration component that was bulky and gimmicky. This wonderful filter charges monthly on a usb- and tells you when to charge. It holds over 3 l and filters at the touch of the control. This is compact portable, easy to clean and tells you when to change the filter too. Much as I wanted the black one, I thought I should see the water- but there is no need- so follow your heart.I made a small error and found an email to contact the company as I had no response via amazon, not sure why. Customer service was swift, and there was an offer to replace the unit if there was an issue. Turns out I forgot to hold down the button after changing the filter this time. So it works perfectly. Still, I was reassured by the quality service I received, and even more so when the company sent me 2 free filters simply because I had had an issue, that was my own forgetfulness. I am genuinely enthusiastic about my water filter- so much better than a jug, stylish, neat and more affordable than a plumbed in system, plus the filter is simple to change, not always the case in an integrated under sink system. I recommend this to everyone, because water is a topic in the UK. I was not paid for this review, I was moved to write this. So good. Do not be afraid to buy the black model if you like it- though in 6 months the clear tank has not discoloured at all and the water looks appetising. I bottle some daily, and keep plenty at room temperature for cooking and boiling. Far superior to a jug. No maintainence engineer to pay for either- more expensive than a jug, vastly more convenient. So practical, because there is no need to plan ahead for filtered water.
