I love this calendar! I have to admit, some of the cartoons are above me. I just don't get the joke! LOL

I get a desk calendar every year and the past 6 or so have been the Argyle Sweater. I initially bought it as a replacement for my Far Side calendar and fell in love with the current humour and quips. Makes a day brighter to start with a funny cartoon.

From laugh out loud to groaners, this calendar offers a bright spot everyday.

I love Argyle Sweater! The jokes have an extremely high laugh-out-load ratio, at least 1 out of 3. Another 2 of 3 are a smirk. The remaining 1 of 99 jokes I am unable to figure out.As a bonus, each page has a fun fact or quick puzzle on the back. I would have bought this calendar even without that bonus.

I like the daily cartoons and I like Scott Hiburn's humor. I find it similar to "The Far Side" -- looking at ordinary situations from a different, twisted, perspective and making them humorous.But the "Daily Extra! Bonus" on the back of the pages is lame, isn't funny, and has nothing to do with "The Argyle Sweater". Get rid of it.
