As for the fit, I'm typically a size 14 or 16 in pants sizes. This skirt sits a bit tight around my waist even though I purchased and XL. The waist band has some stretch to it but it doesn't provide that much give. So if you're waist measures around a 38-40 inches like mine, then ladies you will feel a bit of a squeeze but it won't be too uncomfortable. On the plus side, I love that this skirt has pockets! They're a little bit small but I can fit my phone in them when I don't have my purse around. Overall I really love this skirt!
