They were accurate: All six 2.5lbs plates were each within 0.04lbs of stated weight (2.51lbs, 2.48lbs...). The casting was smooth, paint was good and the hole size fit the same on my 3 Olympic style bars as my older Marcy, VTX, and Standard Barbel plates. The outer plate diameter was equivalent to my other Olympic 2.5lbs weights.For reference, I measured my existing four Standard Barbel 2.5lbs weights. Those all measured 2.10lbs! WTF?
