These are perfect!
These really are wonderful. I still give them a little spray before I bake but as soon as I pull them out of the oven they flip out of the containers so easily. It is literally a matter of turning it upside down and your muffin or cupcake will just fall right out. They clean nicely if you soak them in hot soapy water and rinse. I originally purchased them because I needed a way to mold chocolate cupcake liners for ice cream cupcakes (kind of like Cold Stone does). I was surprised at how well it worked. I melted my chocolate, spread a coat on the inside, popped it in the freezer, and repeated that a couple times. I was afraid the chocolate cups would break when I peeled off the silicone cup but if you just start from the top edge and roll the sides down until the cup is inside out your chocolate cupcake wrapper will be safe. If you try it the cups will have a small indented line around the outside from where the "fill here" marker line is inside of the silicone cup, but other than that they turned out pretty cute. Paper wrappers are nice for when you want a little extra decoration still but if you don't mind presenting your baked goods "naked" then these are certainly for you. They rock!

Perfect Release for Gluten Free items
These are the perfect size muffin - not the giant Texas size you see in bakeries but bigger than bite size. Since I only bake gluten free, these are an inexpensive solution that solve many common problems.1)I don't find cupcake papers expensive, but I hate that they stick to most GF muffins.2)They wash up so easily that it's not a problem for those that don't have a dishwasher. Greasing muffin pans will ensure your muffin comes out, but cleaning the cups of the muffin tin isn't my idea of a good time.3) They are super easy to store, a real plus for my Manhattan kitchen.4) The silicone muffin pans I've bought all seem to think that bigger is better. The problem with that is that bigger isn't better when it comes to my hips!I have made the same recipe with these liners using them two differnt ways. First by put them on small sheet pan and then using them as you would paper liners. They worked both ways, but I got a higher rise using them inside the pan. This is understandable since I was using a SCD recipe (almond flour based) so the batter is a bit on the heavy side. They didn't get too out of shape because while the batter pushed at the sides, the silicone is substantial enough that I didn't get what I call the "hockey puck" effect that some of the thinner silicone products produce.I remove the liners prior to freezing only because I don't want to buy more than one set and I want to be sure my son's don't toss the liners as if they were disposable wrappers!

Super cute colors and so easy to clean. I love these muffin cups. They are so much easier to use than paper ones.

works well for muffin and cupcake
I used them for a few times so far and it works fine for muffins and cupcakes. I didn't spray oil on them. I just fill the batter into the cups then bake. I put these cups on rectangle baking pan also tried metal muffin pan too, and both worked great. The batter I made was very healthy (very low sugar and oil, maybe 1/4 of the receipe usually calls for), and the muffins or cupcakes all came out neatly. I'm very happy with its nonstickiness. The cups do get stained (from blueberry) which doesn't bother me. There might be 1 or 2 very tiny crumbs hidden in the ribs of a cup, so I just soak them for a few minutes then rub it off with dish sponge. I also tried top-rack dishwasher but they're hard to place on rack, so I just hand wash them. Overall, I think they're easy to clean and very good replacement for paper cups.

These Are The Best Things Since Sliced Bread!
I hate scrubbing out muffin tins, and have been using paper cups when making muffins. But now I've discovered these silicone cups and I fell in love from the first time I tried them. That was with a gluten free muffin recipe that tends to stick or crumble more than regular muffins (made with flour). I set each silicone cup in the well of a muffin pan and baked. No need to grease or flour the silicone cups and the muffins popped out BEAUTIFULLY with no sticking or edges stuck to the cup. With paper muffin cups, I always serve muffins still in the paper, because tearing away the paper cup always left an edge sticking to the bottom of the cup - that is, after taking the muffins out of the cup, they weren't "pretty". But with these silicone cups, the muffins released great and the muffins were, I admit it, beautiful.Wash-up is easy. I have no problem in spite of the cups having accordion sides. (The flexing can help with cleaning.)And, since the muffins release from the cups so nicely, there's much less clean-up to do in the first place.I like how the inside of each silicone cup has a little edge going around it. This was helpful for making sure I filled each muffin cup to the same level. This is my second silicone bakewear, and I am really hooked. A éviter absolument

Awesome!
These are absolutely amazing! I doubt I'll ever spend money on paper liners ever again. As another poster mentioned, the bottoms are slightly smaller than a regular muffin tin, but that just makes for a bigger muffin top! YUM!
