Perfect replacement for OEM
This TPS by Delphi replaced a part's house TPS that literally had a lifetime warranty and was changed out three times in one year. I even went with OEM and it kept going out twice in one year. This thing is still going strong and the price for this versus in the brick and mortar stores, definitely half the price. You got to love Amazon with products like this at half the cost for all your needs. What more can I say this product works and works fantastically. At timed my throttle with the computer just like out of the factory and the installation process was so simple and fit just like OEM. The shipment process was very quick as well I could not be happier. Thank you Amazon for having a good quality part at a very reasonable price.

Fixed my 2005 chevy venture van!
My van had service needed light blinking, I had it checked free by AutoZone and they said it was Throttle position sensor, I tried to take it to the shop to see if I can get it replaced, they said it was $85 for the part and the labor. I was like, uhh, I'll think about it. So I checked with AutoZone, Autoparts, etc, they all say it is roughly $40 just to buy the part. So I postponed and ignored my warning blinking light for a while, then my van started to power down in middle of driving literally anywhere, on interstate, parking lot, curving dangerous country road. It just powers down, kinda like you have battery that just dies on you while you are driving. The battery warning light would blink then it powers down, and steering wheel would lock up on me, I just basically shift to neutral really fast as I can and turn off the van and start it back up again and shift back to Drive and keep driving to avoid running off the road or have someone hit me from behind. Van is still rolling when it dies down, it doesn't just HALT right where it dies, know what I mean? If you are in middle of driving on the sharp curve, it would die on you and you can’t force steering wheel to turn because it locked, only option is to slam on your brake or shift to neutral and do as I said, usually there is someone behind me so it was so dangerous. So I knew I had to fix my throttle position sensor. I decided to check Amazon.com myself, and I found this one for only $17 so I figured that it's worth the try. ( I see that they raised the price ) So I ordered it, when it arrived, I was shocked how small it was, it was no bigger than half of the dollar bill! And it was basically plastic, it makes me wonder why it was so expensive, why $40??? Anyway, I replaced it, removed the bad one and put new one in. It fixed my 2005 Chevy Venture!! It has been several months since I got it replaced, and I had no trouble with my van anymore, YAY!! I am still amazed how this little piece could cause loads of trouble with your vehicle.

Hope this helps
So I own a 96 chevy blazer with a 4.3l an i was having problems with the idle going up an down like crazy an when I give it throttle it was very sluggish or hesitation an then smooth out. I had no check engine light. So I had to So some testing to verify i had 5v to the sensor an a ground which checked out good so then I checked the signal an I had nothing untile half throttle letting me know the sensor was 100% bad. So got this order an it seems cheaply made like all other it just has the name on it but when I checked it, its a different story they redesign the plastic part that goes on the throttle shaft when u you put this part on its not coming back off which I like cause I feel the cheaper ones moved around alot causing them to fail easy.. so for the price I would recommend this part. My video gives u example of a bad throttle sensor

Delphi TPS
Part did not work from the start. After installing and running a calibration the idle would surge to 1500 to 1800 rpm. I figured that maybe putting some miles on the truck would fix the problem. It intermittently continued to malfunction. The final straw was when sitting in the garage at idle the rpms would quickly go from 750 to 1500 rpm. I was not touching anything on the truck. This time I had a scanner on the truck and the throttle position sensor was jumping around 2.7 percent. At idle this equates to about 1500 rpm. Turning the truck off and restarting after a minute or two often fixed the problem. This confirmed that the part is bad (Edit: This did not confirm that the part is bad. It should also be noted that disconnecting the TPS causes the idle to return to normal. This is not because the part is necessarily bad, but because the truck shifts to limp mode, using fixed backup settings.) The only other problem could be a short in the wiring. (Edit: There are other thing that could be cause this problem including IAC, vacume leak, egr etc) I have purchased another brand, and will update the post after replacing the "new part". Edit: The new part did not solve the problem. It is unlikely that both parts are bad new parts. Because of this I am changing my review from one star to four. Next focus is the EGR.

Works well
So far so good, I read another review this aftermarket one works better than the original. Rpms staying where they should be shifting is good parameters.

yes get this one - not the cheaper one
cheaper than OEM GM and worked, NIB with delphi markings. i got a different cheaper chinese one that DID NOT WORK - chinese burned me. the wrong one makes the engine rev to 2k rpm first 2 min which is bad for engine - electrically incompatible. others report the same fake part problems. this part says it's compatible and it was. they all look almost exactly the same easy to think they might be they are not.
