Prongs broke
My kid loves these and they’re so cute but one of the prongs broke inside the case so the one can’t be charged, which is really kinda odd but will probably order another.

Quit working 2 weeks shy of a year from purchase ☹️
My daughter & I absolutely LOVE these ear buds. They have amazing sound quality, are compact, and fit well. Not to mention how cute they are. However. I bought these June 17th, 2024, and my daughter only uses them when she is with me on my time. She has taken exceptional care of them. As of today (06-08-2025) they stopped working. They now are turning off every 60 seconds or so. I’m not sure if they aren’t able to take a charge or what is happening. I’m considering buying another set but unsure with how they suddenly quit working.
