One of the best vacuum cleaners you can buy
Ordered the Felix several months ago and still impressed with this pretty compact yet powerful and effective cleaner. As an upright, it cleans carpets better than any Dyson I have ever owned. It is just as good, if not better than my Kirby G6 but has the advantage of being lighter, more easily maneuverable and has the hose available without the hassle of stopping to attach it each time it's needed. Yes, a Kirby is brilliant if you live in Buckingham Palace and have miles of carpet to clean, but in a 2 up, 2 down mid terraced house in Britain, a smaller and more nimble vacuum is king. Airflow and suction power are great. The brushroll picks up fluff and hair with ease. The disposable bags last a long time, despite their modest size. I only noticed a slight drop in performance when the bag was full, but it really can compress a lot of dirt into those bags. Genuine bags don't cost too much and have a neat little stopper on them to save getting a face full of dust when removing the bag. One of my pet hates of the Dyson was the mess when emptying the bin. Most of the time I use it on full suction power, but for light duty dusting, the power slider control is handy. The motorised brish head can be switched on or off as needed. Ideal for hard floors. The build quality is absolutely superb, as are most German built appliances. It feels like it could work an 8 hour shift in a hotel every day for years and still soldier on without fault. No Dyson I have ever seen has a robust feel to it. The handle extends and retracts to 3 different heights making it far nicer to use if you're tall like me. Having used a Sebo X4 Automatic in the past, I do appreciate a manual carpet height adjustment knob on the Felix, rather than the X4 auto adjustment, which never seemed to lower the head far enough into the carpet pile for my liking.Cleaning stairs is easy. Either stand the cleaner on the step and use the hose and air driven brush tool, or remove the floor head and carry the cleaner by the side handle like a portable canister. It really isn't that heavy in this setup. There are two downsides to this machine. Firstly, it did not come with a fluffy dusting brush or extension wand (how stingy of Sebo!) but they can be easily purchased as extras. Secondly when using the suction hose, the cleaner does have a tendancy to want to fall over. Easy to hold it with one hand and use the hose in the other. That said, my Henry will continue to have car cleaning duties for that very reason.

Sebo all the way. Best ever.
SimpleBest for manufacture. Design. Why buy other more expensive vacuum. Really why.One month later:Wow never buying anything else. Converted. So glade I chose sebo Felix. Actually makes the job easy and enjoyable, as it can.Excellent power lead length. So no concerns over battery life and gradual power loss. Basically plug in one up and once down.Easy controls.Excellent for moving around due to swivel action. Glides if set correctly.Lift of function for vacuming stairs etc with hose and pet small power head is great. Lighter and manoverable. Note don't strech hose up the stairs use lift of function. You be asking for it to tip over. If you want to do this then buy extension hose. But why when lift of function is designed for this..Main power head height adjustment and indications are so useful and easy to adjust. Really can see the difference on carpet and hard floors.Whole vacume is so easy to keep clean. Being bagged really makes such a massive difference. No mess for vacum, bin or me and diodegradable. Can only improve vacum life and performance.Great dirt capacity. So less emptying.Again well done sebo for a great vacum that is so well designed and made.Only could think of one very minor improvement but not over required by some, would be led's on the power head. Look nice in the u shape body curve on the front. Now Jan 24.All I can say is wow and all above. Be looking to change both filters soon. But works a dream. Recommend so highly.

And it’s exactly like others have said.Pros:amazing variable suctionGood selection of tools (I got an adapter set so I could still use the Dyson)Get loads in the bag and don’t have to change too often.Variable head height for different types of carpet, rugs, hard floorSuper long leadPlug in so no running out of batteryGives you a workout 💪🏻Cons:Really heavy to use on carpets (have to reduce suction/adjust height/ use both arms/give the base a nudge with your foot when it gets stuck on the pile)Not sure on the swivel base.Like a tank with the carpet head on - be careful of furniture, skirting boards and doorsFalls over all the time when using the hose tool., have to hold with one hand. The wire, forgot how annoying they were, getting stuck under the doorTakes longer to hoover bc you’re moving the wire and being careful of the furnitureThe bag full indicator isn’t very accurateNeutral:Blows out hot air from cylinderDoes smell a bit but that’s bagged hooversOverall a good replacement for a Dyson upright if you have pets and need something a bit more robust. Bags are clever, hold loads and less mess.Still use my Dyson handheld when I want to do a quick clean or use the handheld function
