This item is twisted the cord is so when it tighten it or loosen it it jams because the fold goes through the tight space and gets caught. If the twist isn’t caught it lies on your neck and is uncomfortable because it itches or it runs it raw because I’m using it to hold an electronic device around my neck. Unfortunately since the price is a certain amount it’s not even worth my time and gas money to exchange it for a new one and drop the old one off to get sent back. So it’s an unfortunate situation. Kind of annoyed clearly the person who put it together could clearly see the Gabriela wasn’t ok straight and twisted. There is no way to fix it unless I cut it and resew it back together the right way. Unfortunately I’m surely not going to sue this thing. So it is what it is. If it was the right way it would be pretty nice actually but it isn’t because this twist that messes up messing with it

I was afraid these would be too tight on my neck or too short, but these are just perfect, it comes with a handy plastic case to hold my permit license, i attached my keys to these and im quite happy with how this turned out.

This lanyard sit very comfortable around my neck as the material is very soft and light weight. I like that the strap is adjustable, sturdy and wider than most. And best of all, I appreciate the beautiful design. The pattern and color is unisex. I recommend this item.
