Game night hit!
We laughed so hard and had a blast playing this fast paced, silly game. All our friends at game night wanted one for their house too.

Shout it out
This game has great potential, but could be vastly improved easily. It is fun to play but there are only 20 categories and each round uses 8. I understand that each time you use it you will probably get a different letter of the alphabet to guess with but it would've been great to have more categories-so simple to add more cards to the game and would vastly improve it.Also, the storage is pretty silly, the timer could go right in with the cards between the two plastic pieces, except it slides out the holes... again, with a little thought this could be easily solved! My last criticism is the game has you play 8 categories at once and the player with the most cards on his/her side at the end of the time wins. Well... it's very easy to end in a tie! Why not intend the game to be played with 7 or 9 categories, thus preventing the tie situation? All in all, it is fun, but probably wouldn't recommend it. Just falls short of being a great game.

Easy to play, but still a challenge, and a ton of fun.
The MUKIKIM SHOUT IT OUT - THE ULTIMATE WORD CHALLENGE GAME FOR 2 PLAYERS/TEAMS is an absolute blast. Is my favorite kind of game, it is a CHALLENGE to play, can get highly competitive, and is lots of fun.I saw a game similar to this at a specialty toy store, many years ago. I didn't buy it at the time, but I have looked for something like it ever since. This is the closest I've come to finding that game. The mechanics are different, but the overall concept is the same.Instructions for the game offer variations, but here's the basics:You have two stacks of cards. One of them contains all the letters in the alphabet. The other card has a category. When one card gets pulled from each pile, you end up with a category like “animals” and the letter “M”. In the instructions, it tells the players to shout out as many animals beginning with the letter M as possible. There's a modified version, where the players alternate until one group or team can no longer come up with a new animal whose letter begins with “M”. The team or player with the most animals that fit the letter wins the round. I like this version better because I think it's less frantic, and easier to keep track of the score. This game is fun, and more challenging than you might think. Mongoose, Mole Rat, Moose, Mamba, Monkey, Mocking Bird, etc…, until one team can no longer think of a new “M” animal. Scoring can be done by the number of matches, or by whoever wins the round, by not tapping out first.Of course, you could play this, without actually buying the game, but the category cards make this a lot easier to play, and offers category selections you might not come up with on your own. There's a lot of variation, because each category card can be played 26 ways, depending on what letter of the alphabet you draw.I've tried plenty of new games lately, and this one is one of my new favorites. Even young kids can play. It's great for the entire family, and one of the few games that plays just as well with two players.

8 and Up... Is A Stretch
This one is a lot of fun, but our 8-year-old who already has at least 100 different board games under her belt struggled with this one. This one requires a bit of knowledge about the world at large and kids aren't picking up on that stuff until around 10-12ish. She picked up on the mechanics but didn't know the answers to half the categories which made this tough.Gameplay is easy to figure out, and matches are quick. Great for adult parties, especially after a cocktail or two has been involved! Fair Price!

Fun game!
We do a game night about once a month, and this fits perfectly into our rotation because it's different than any of the other games that we regularly play. Probably the best feature is that you can play with pretty much any number of people, whether it's groups playing against each other, 4 individuals, or even just 2 people. I also like that it can be played for as long or as short as you want, unlike games like Monopoly or Ticket to Ride, which can go on for hours. It is supposed to be just 5 rounds, but you can really play as many as you like, depending on the amount of time you want to spend on it. It's so much fun, and you really have to use your imagination if you want to win the round. I really enjoy games that make you exercise your brain, and this one does just that. I am not a fan of the box though, as it is very oddly shaped and difficult to put things back inside when you're done. I solved that problem by putting everything a Ziploc bag. That is not enough to deduct a star, though. We are very happy with our new, fun game.

Not of fan of the box
I know the box may not be important to some but I love board games and I like to know that I will have no issues getting games in and out of boxes and that the boxes are decent quality to last through the years. Be careful taking the tape off. I can see the box ripping very easily. I love the fact that the cards are thick so they do not bend so easily. However there are only 20 ‘category’ cards and while there are so many different letters to go with those there will definitely be repeats and with that, repeated answers. That is if you play it often. I am excited to try this out at the next family function!

Neat
This is a neat idea for a game. It's pretty simple once you understand the rules. You can play as teams or individual and there are a few different ways to play the game. Depending on your group of people, it can get pretty loud. You have to be quick if you want to win.
