I’ve been mix and matching electrolytes and collagen every morning for a while. Love this is all in one, taste great, and has high quality ingredients. The collagen is top notch, a patented blend designed to support joints versus other collagens geared at hair/nail growth. Electrolytes leave me feeling so refreshed. i took a chance on this (i think) new brand because I loved the wordplay on the name and the packaging is awesome. I'm (re)starting my fitness journey and want to get serious about running. While browsing cool amazon products for runners (because that's what n00bs do), i stumbled across this brand. I don't know if there's a better name for a product than RNWY. But anyway - that's not why you're reading this. The product tastes and works as great as it looks. It doesn't clump up like some powders. I really love it and I feel more energetic during workouts. I hope they release a chew or something for in-workout energy boosts.

I love this product. The fact that I was able to maintain my heartrate calm and steady throughout my run in the middle of a sunny day was a big surprise. I have noticed that this product has a lot more electrolytes than any other products I have tried in the past. As a runner who runs about 4-5 times a week along with the weight trainings, less stress I can get on my body during my activities can help me to perform better and bring a better overall result. I am also very amazed with the ingredients in the product, and I think I can really benefit from it in terms of my overall health, especially with the joint support.
