I might turn back to using tablets instead of caplets for multivitamins after one caplet had me exhaling a white smoke.These tablets are quite small compared to other tablets. The taste is kind of tangy. It isn't unpleasant and they are easy to swallow.The packaging that they came in was quite small too. It may or may not be to some people's taste to not have a bottle, and I do wonder whether a sealed bag like this is better than a plain plastic bottle as far as resources go. But in terms of delivery size and storage it is much better.

I take vitamin c everyday form last couple of years and these tablets are supply for two months and they do not contain contain GMO ingredients and is free from allergens such as gluten, lactose, soya, nuts and nut traces. No issue perfect for my need. They are much more cheaper than my old ones.
