The author just copy/paste some stuff from man page maybe and that's it. I was wanting some quick while still good introduction on DNS topic but now seems I should turn to the classic books. Review: I am very disappointed with this book. The important concepts are not explained in depth, and I think examples would help. There are no practical exercises. The texts within the diagrams are impossible to read; the resolution is very poor. A YouTube video is more helpful than this book. I'm sorry, but I won't be keeping this book in my library.

Too much repetitions and very shallow
The writer repeated the same explanation of concepts and procedures many times in different chapters - some times even in the same chapter! For example, what DNS is, what happens when you type something in the address bar of your browser. On topics (tools) like traceroute and dig the book is very shallow. The author just copy/paste some stuff from man page maybe and that's it. I was wanting some quick while still good introduction on DNS topic but now seems I should turn to the classic books.

I am very disappointed with this book. The important concepts are not explained in depth, and I think examples would help. There are no practical exercises. The texts within the diagrams are impossible to read; the resolution is very poor. A YouTube video is more helpful than this book. I'm sorry, but I won't be keeping this book in my library.

The „book“ is an illustration showing how to put multiple AI answer together and print them in the worst quality possible. DON‘T BUY THIS!
