To the untrained eye this looks like a door stop, but actually it’s a door STOP. Nothing will budge this door now, I do not fear a through draft, the dog can not steal the door stop and chew it up. It is sooo easy to use, you just slip it under the door (refer to instructions to ensure you use it correctly and safely) to remove just give it a tug and place away from the dog, once it is removed from the door stop is vulnerable to dog attacks, and after paying £5.49 for this shaped plastic you need to protect your investment, as we all know plastic lasts for years and years. Except, when a labradoodle gets hold of it, runs up the garden with a glint in her eye chowing down like it’s the juiciest t-bone.Broken toes are a thing of the past for me, My toes are safe, no trip hazards here, because this door stop wedges at the end of the door with it’s unique shape it holds well.I have cancelled my shares in door stop manufacturers, why?! As the title says, since lockdown and moving back home, people in my house don't have any respect for privacy. I've had people countless times barge into my room without asking or knocking and after getting sick and tired of explaining to them what respect and decency is, I just bought this instead.It's kept everyone out so far, even if they try quite a bit. Foolproof as a door jammer and works just as well at keeping the door open.

I wouldn't go as far as to say this is the world's best door stop, like the vendor does, but it is very good. Although it's made of a thinner, harder material than I imagined, its form prevents any movement from my garage door, which previously needed two stops to do the same job. This (expensive) door (which is vertically hinged) will readily be blown backwards onto a brick surround and become damaged, hence my desire to ensure it stays put when required.At £5.49 this item's not cheap either, so I would happily have returned it, if it had failed to perform. I'm not sure why I chose shocking (cerise) pink, when there are other more subtle colours to choose from, but at least it'll be difficult to lose! I guess the moral to the story is "Buy cheap, buy twice" - or in my case, "Buy cheap, buy thrice!"I hope you have found my review helpful.

These work as advertised - they're bigger and wider than your normal door stop and this clearly has an effect.Our doors are fire doors and because of this are heavy and automatically shut whenever you open them. We couldn't find a door stop that was working consistently until we found these bad boys. Now we just pop these on when we need them (easy to do with your feet) and the door... stops.It sounds silly but we tried a few out and these are the only ones that worked for us.

Constantly battling a 3 year olds obsession with slamming the lounge door is over - The war is won !I thought this product was a little expensive BUT I had to have something that works and does not cause damage to to door or floor and this does exactly that.He’s not happy he keeps trying to move the door but it’s like it’s welded to the earths core. Fab product and would recommend to anyone.( We have now ordered 2 more for the bedroom doors )

My doorstop needs were not fully satisfied. I had a problem where some doors in my apartment didn't have little rubber floor thingies to stop the door handle crashing into the radiators behind the door whenever some graceless person opened them or bumped into them. Because these effectively lock the door in place both ways (except for a few mm of of flex in the door itself) my problems were completely solved. In addition they only protrude a tiny amount so don't cause much of a tripping hazard. Very satisfied.

I got these because one of my cats in particular gets head down with determination in releasing my doorstops. In fact i found these by googling 'cat proof doorstops'. These arrived today and she went for them again today. One door was released - but that was because i didn't shove it in hard enough. She checked for a full 10 minutes afterwards to see if she could budge it. She didn't. Success!!!So, if it's catproof door stops you're after, i totally recommend these!

I had tried all sorts before...but was never satisfied. These however are perfect for the job! All my doors are fitted with an automatic closing bracket that is quite strong - but these doorstops never move. They keep the doors open as needed, work with carpet and laminate flooring. I'd buy them again.
