I have back pain and this chair helps give me extra support if i am sitting on the ground or steps or a bench with no back. It is not really soft but the fact that it can help hold me and take pressure off of my back and neck is really good. The booklet says massage, but it does not massage, i think thats a misprint, although it is mentioned multiple times. I put the heating element at max level to feel it. The plug in is not included, so you will need one or it will just be a chair. It would be nice if you could charge it up in advance but you cant, you need to keep a battery with you. I really like how it flattens and you can transport it easily in your trunk and you can wear it to carry it. I thought it had a bag, and was really glad it has no bag to try and fit it back into, its the actual chair itself with the straps on it.

I love going to different sports events with my family and the best times for us to go is during fall time because summer is just too hot and this seat is so perfect. I love how easy the instructions are. It warms us fast. I love the straps for easy transport. I will even use this chair for our son when we go camping in the fall. Great product. 5 stars.

I love the seat and it is the perfect size. But I didn’t realize it didn’t come with the battery pack.

I'm the type of person who always brings a jacket even in the summer. I just get cold super easily so this chair was perfect for me. I don't watch sports so that's not what I used it for. I brought it to sir on the camping chairs since we stayed out on the lake and it was freezing but this chair is the job and saved the day for me.

I purchased this for my mother for Christmas for the upcoming football season this year. So she just got it out of the package and it does not have a battery for the heat. I would’ve never purchased this. Had I known it didn’t come with one already fixed inside. Nowhere in the description on Amazon does it say it doesn’t have a battery!

The media could not be loaded.  I like the product very much.Usefull,easy setup, good material, NOT cheaply made.Appearance, great quality and versatile can use on bleachers or chair.I got 23" and on high its very very warm and relaxing for a cold butt and hurting back.Always cold for all and spring sports, this was a game changer.I recommend it to everyone.
