I really enjoyed the bonus chapter, all the recipes, and the glossaries, but it will be a battle if it stays in the medicinal herbal area or the cooking/recipe area of my library. However, there are lots of surprise recipes for other than tea recipes and ways to utilize plants to your advantage for the best health outcomes. This includes not just physical health, but health related to clear skin, healthy hair, menstrual cycle health. Sleep aids, kidney function, and so much more. Good to have
I really liked the exstensive information that is in this book. This is definitely a book that I would want to always have because you canโt always remember which herbs you want to use. I love using herbs and teas and this is kind of like a medicine womanโs book to keep you know if somebodyโs got an aliment, you can look in here and see what herbs to drink. Also I like that it says how long the tea should boil because I know that makes a big difference and I hardly ever do that with my tea but Iโm gonna start doing it properly. The only thing is I kind of wish there were pictures maybe at the beginning of each chapter or something. Iโm just a visual person, so having some pictures in there just kind of helps, but it was very easy to read and I definitely am happy with this book.

Wonderful! So many tea recipes!
This is a great book! Carli does a great job of breaking the book into sections, though I definitely recommend reading it from cover to cover the first time! There are so many great tea recipes in each section with good information on each herbs medicinal value for that particular remedy along with other information such as herbs that blend well together and interactions with medications. The book was easy to read and did not bog you down with a lot of dry "scientific data." Just a lot of good information and some really great tea recipes. I have already enjoyed a few "cuppas."

Recent Newbie to the world of making my own teas and remedies and THIS BOOK is a huge help!
I enjoyed reading through this book and I know I will refer back many times to make my teas blends. Another thing I really like is the the benefits and warnings included. Not only is it a recipe book, but much much more. I grow my own herbs, and freeze dry them for use in all sorts of herbal remedies, including teas, tintures, fireciders, salves, and this book has helped me a lot. I have many herbal books and this is a great addition to my collection, it adds new information and benefits in many ways!! I am sending a copy to my friend who is also into the world of herbs!!~!

Fabulous Book on Herbal Teas
The author did an amazing job of describing herbal teas and the uses. I love the descriptions of the herbs and what they can be used for. This is a wonderful read. Very educational and love the recipes included in the book. I have already recommend the book to family. I think this book would make a wonderful gift for anyone who loves herbal teas! A must read! Keep up the awesome writing!

Amazing for beginners!
This book is filled with tons of helpful information and recipes for herbal teas. It includes important safety information which I found really great as someone who was just starting out on making my own herbal medicines and teas. I really liked the sleep and relaxation section, and the women's health section! This will definitely be kept as a go to guide for me.

Awesome beginners guide!
I love how this book breaks down everything so that it's easy to use. There are recipes in every chapter that are directed to a specific need. Then at the end of the chapter there is a breakdown of what each herb mentioned in the chapter can offer. I can't wait to put all of this knowledge to practical use!
