Buy the High density.

Great product. I highly recommend the high density. Sanded enamel painted side of a rusted and pitted appliance part and old metal vintage lawn chairs with ease. The abrasive La on the flap disc still intact and looks unused. Bought the 10 disc pack and they will last me 10 lifetimes.
