This is a great massager. Similar massagers only have heat, but this has both heat and ice. Great to use after going to play basketball or after a workout

After the wire broke to my device, I emailed them and they backed their product by sending me a new item and extended my warranty. That said these have good compression and are helping with my swollen legs.
