Great magnesium for kids
My kids sleep better, feel less anxious and they look forward to have mg tablet every evening before bed. They love the taste. The dosage is a bit too high for my 5year old but it's easy enough to break the tablet and give her half while a full tablet is perfect dosage for my 8year old. Highly recommend. Just reordered our second bottle of this.

Didnt work for my child
Bought thinking these would help my child fall sleep naturally didn't really work she also said they tasted weird so ended up taking them with water to flush them down. May work for another child just didn't work on mine.
