I bought it as a present about a year ago, to this day, I'm still told it holds temperature really well and shows it too!

Does not keep drinks cold
I put my cold drinks with ice and the drink still did not stay cold... Absolute crap.

Very poor flask insulation.
This flask looks strong and the temperature reader on lid is nice feature but unfortunately the flask does a very poor job of keeping drinks hot compared to previously owned one cup flasks. After 1 to 2 hours hot drink is just over luke warm. Avoid.

Latte stayed warm 1hr Without Opening Lid
Put my latte in after preheating flask with hot water for an hour & came to drink my latte 1ht later & it was luke warm! :((

Very great product
I got this gift for my mum to help with her daily water consumption but it’s soo good I have been using it myself. Will have to get another !!!
