My husband's clothes never smelled fresh (or clean) when pulled from the dryer. He works outside and during the hot months of summer will sweat profusely. Leaving the hard-to-resolve odor hanging deep into the fabric of his clothes. ( In addition, I always wash newly purchased clothing items because of what is in the fabric to keep them looking nice at the time of purchase.) I read about this product. It's not like your average fabric softener because it is not heavy with a scent that would only mask the odor/smell that would again permeate after wearing the clothing item. You put the appropriate amount in your fabric softener release compartment, and it does its magic! I can speak without any doubt that I no longer have freshly washed clothes that do not smell fresh when hung up/folded even after a grueling day of sweat! So, if you have those hard-to-remove odors hanging around even after washing, You need to try this Tide Deep Cleansing Fabric Rinse! I use it now for all my wash loads! It has made an ENORMOUS difference in busting the odors without harming the fabric!

Works great on stubborn odors, a little goes a long way. I prefer other scents over this one, such as Cool Cotton or Active Fresh. Highly recommend for stinky teen clothes and residual cologne and deodorant smells.

I got this on a whim and am very happy with the purchase. It has definitely added more freshness into our clothes. The smell is present but not overwhelming. I also have sensitive skin and generally have to do the dye-free etc products and this didn’t agitate my skin/allergies at all. I was worried at first for the amount but it’s lasted much longer than expected! Great value for the money (

This makes your clothing smell so fresh. I use this in place of fabric softener. A lot of people cannot use fabric softener, and this still gives that fresh smell.

Love this product have been using it ever since I discovered it decided to try the Spring Meadow scent. The original scent is nice, very clean and fresh smelling. The Spring Meadow scent has a very offputting lingering odor like somethings just starting to spoil, I will not be buying this sent again and will be buying the regular original scent.

I didn’t know I needed this until I used it. I have five dogs, and unfortunately everything they lay on which is usually my blankets or bed, leaves their odor no matter what I use to wash our blankets. I can always smell them on there. I took advantage of a promotion here on Amazon and bought three of these. To this day I now use it faithfully every time I do my laundry. These don’t mask the odors they truly remove them. I highly recommend especially on sale.

First, great value for the size since a little goes a long way! Second, this helps get rid of stubborn clothes/towel smells without leaving any residue behind like traditional fabric softeners. Third, it’s so easy to use that the machine does all the work for you! Just toss it into the fabric softeners dispenser and if your washer/dryer doesn’t have one, the Downy Ball dispensers work perfectly with this!
