I get a couple pretty bad hives on my neck or face when I take it. But I can't say I'm allergic to turmeric, maybe it's the dosage.

These are good for many things. They're supposed to reduce inflammation in the body, support digestive health, improve immune system, support joints. And the black pepper enhances turmeric absorption by your body even by 2000%!You need to take 3 capsules a day which is a bit much and they're big. Also since you're taking 3 tablets at once you'd expect to get a large amount of each active ingredient, but it's not really that much when you look at the label.You get a 30 day supply in a container, which just okay at this price point. But in order to see results you need to be taking it for quite some time, so I think you might be able to find a better deal out there if these supplements are helping you.
