I take this formulation of Magnesium because my kidney specialist recommended it. My husband takes it for muscle cramps and to aid with sleep. It works well for all these uses. I showed the bottle to my doctor and he wholeheartedly approved. I take it twice daily, my husband takes it as needed. We are both satisfied with the product and the reasonable cost.

I have been taking gabapentin for years and it has helped with my rls but it wasnt enough. My wife suggested trying some magnesium pills. These are what we bought. Cant explain how much better my sleep and rls has been since that day. I wish i had known of this years ago. I would recommend this even if its just to try and see if it works for you as it works for me. This is truly a heaven sent and i recommend it often.

So I love that it includes 3 types of Mag in one place. I bought it to help regulate my BM's (I know, TMI) Anyhow, when taken on a regular basis with a good digestive enzyme.. it works great! It's a bit pricey, but most really helpful ones are. I'd give it a try. Especially if you are eating a lot of meats like with the popular KETO diet. I had to have some help in the bathroom area.. also helps with sleep and many other benefits of Magnesium. Made in the USA. Great product!
