Great product
The media could not be loaded. I was looking for options for hair growth, but there were so many options that made my hair greasy and was oil based. I decided to make my own water base, leave-in,Concoction. I combined rosemary, fo-ti, green tea, pumpkin seed, red clover, fenugreek, saw palmetto, Alma,Bhringaraj Leaf, Bhringaraj Leaf, Neem Leaf, Shikakai Bark,Tulsi Leaf powders and stored it in this plastic container. When i'm ready to make a bottle to use, i take one scoop and add it to boiling water. And once it's cooled, I strain it with a cheesecloth into this bottle. Once i'm done showering generously, add this to my scalp before drying my hair. I have only used it for 1 week. So far so I am unsure how the results will be, but I am happy to find an alternative to an oily based product. The initial cost of purchasing all the powders is quite a bit, but with the size of this tub, it will last me for quite a bit of time.

A good quality, although somewhat poorly ground protein powder
I have been ordering Gerb's Pumpkin Seed Meal for about two years now and I love it! It is a great tasting plant-based protein powder that easily mixes in with smoothies. My other favorite company to get Pumpkin Seed Powder from is Sprout Living, so for the rest of this review, that is the main product I am comparing this against. This product has a much Stronger taste than that of Sprout Living, and to me almost tastes a little like peanut butter. It is also thicker and less thinly ground, so it doesn't mix as well into things like banana ice cream. However, as I said before it adds more of a flavor than you get when using a product like Sprout Living, but it isn't so strong that it is over powering, or even very noticeable when mixed into a smoothie with many ingredients.Gerb's pumpkin seed powder comes in a much bigger quantity for a similar price, but that is most likely because you need to use twice as much of it to get the same amount of protein. This is probably due to the fact that it is much less finely ground, or processed. This product used to come in one big bag (which I preferred) but lately have been coming in one big ziplock-style bag, with two smaller ones enclosed. This makes for easier storage in the refrigerator, but is annoying because the label and Daily Value amounts are only printed on the larger outside bag.One other frustrating thing about this product is that it doesn't come with a scoop (as opposed to Sprout Living which has one in every bag). While I acknowledge that this is most likely better for the environment, the use of three bags in the packaging of this product instead of one, makes me think that being environmentally friendly was not the aim of the company/manufacturer.All of that being said, I really do like this product and this company. I have read some negative reviews on a few of their other products, and just want to put it out there that I have never found anything gross in any of my products from Gerb's. And I have never had any trouble with receiving my products on time or intact.

It's a great way to add seeds to diet
The price has come down, but it's still pricey.

Great product
Looked and smelled fresh coming out of the package. Very nicely ground. Used it for our dog and for our own smoothies. We put it in our fridge for storage!

Looks like ground pumpkin seed
Sticker on package says Needs further processing no further explanation? It'll be further processed passing from my entrance to my exit.

Finally! A "flour" that a Celiac low-carber can use
I'm also allergic to coconut, almonds, and legumes, so baking around here ground to a halt while I searched and searched for SOMETHING...ANYTHING I could use as a "flour." Regular GF flour is NOT keto-friendly in the least, but THIS is. I combine this with a little hemp protein powder, and now am back to cranking out breads and cakes like before.
