Water sensors were a piece of cake to set up. Tested them and they work great.

These are AMAZING! They work super fast, are about 1/2 the size of an hockey puck in all dimensions and have saved us from water damage when we were out and a very violent thunderstorm hit and leaked water through the basement window well. I was notified immediately about the leak, and was able to get home and get the water sucked up with a shop vac before any damage occurred. I’ve had them for over a year, they’ve gone off twice, preventing problems both times and the batteries are still fine. I have one sensor neat that window, and another near the hot water tank. These sensors replaced older ones that would only sound a local buzzer, which was hard to hear upstairs, let alone wouldn’t give any notification away from the house. Those old ones used a 9v battery that needed to be changed yearly. I would highly recommend these X-Sense water leak detectors, as well as their line of Wi-Fi connected smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, which also work well and provide remote notifications. I trust these so much that I’ve bought these for both my daughter’s house and my father’s apartment.

They work as expected and one alarm probably paid for all the water and smokes sensors I bought. I recently got an alert on my phone about a water leak under the guest room sink. It turns out the hot water shut off had a tiny drip. Since the guest bath isn't a place we often go, the early alert probably saved me from a ruined vanity and possibly a damaged floor.

So easy to set up. Synchs up on the same hub with my smoke detector.

Work great. Easy to set up with base unit. Accidentally spilled water on the kitchen floor and the sensor immediately set off the base unit alarm and got the notification on my phone. Strong confidence in these units sensitivity and capability. Recommend

The item arrived on time, seems to work well. I tested a few of the water sensors by spilling a bit of water and the response to my phone was within seconds. Cannot comment on battery life. The quality of build seems good. Set up was easy once I figured out that you have to scan qr code for both the base and the sensors. I failed to get the sensors scanned. Only other thing is you need WIFI at 2.4g as it will not pair with 5 g. Overall seems very good

These sensors are good to detect small amount of water leaking from any source. The alarm is pretty loud and can be heard up to the 3rd floor of the house. I haven't tried it yet as I bought these sensors after the fact -- I already had water leaking fr the heavy rain overflow to my basement and that was when I bought these sensors so since it was fixed - no further leaks unless something happens in future and now I can be at ease that these sensors will let me know before it gets to be a big disaster. Notification is also very important as it notifies your phone if you are outside of the house so you can send someone to check on it early on esp when you are out of town.

I had a fine leak in the garage with the water heater but did not notice for weeks and thought I need something that may alert me in the future. After doing some research, came across this set and decided to give it a try, ended up buying extra sensors to cover all of the sinks, water heater and even beneath the fish tank. The app seemed to work well but had no really tested it. Well.....just last week, when kids and wife were asleep, a loud alarm from the base started blaring and we at first thought it was the fire alarm. After careful review, figured it was the X-sense and it was the wife's bathroom sink. We just installed a new plunger unit and it had a very slow drip which the X-sense caught when the floor became wet. I was very happy to see we caught another small leak that could have caused more damage if ignored over time. The alarms were super loud and I actually had to turn them down, so overall very happy.

This was the second time I ordered X-Sense alarms from Daveberry. With tariff disruptions worldwide, both times the orders got delayed. But, Doveberry kept me informed about the status and was transparent about it. I found them to be very professional.
