Simple Joys by Carter'sBaby Boys' Short-Sleeve Bodysuit, Multipacks

I ordered these to start stocking up on my quickly growing 4 month old. I bought 6-9 month with the hope that it would last him awhile, since he's already outgrown half of his 3-6 month clothing. Unfortunately, after washing and drying (on extra low heat), they're just slightly bigger than the largest of 3-6 month onesies he currently wears. They're really soft and cute but they shrink A LOT.In my photo, the green one on top is the one washed. The one below it is the same exact brand and same exact size straight out of the package. That's how big the green one was when it arrived.

I love Carter's cute prints, and you can't beat the price--$17 for 5. However, I agree with other reviewers who pointed out that they shrink in the wash. I've found that my son consistently wears the next size up with Carter's undershirts, and he's not a big baby (measures slightly below average on the length chart, and in the 20% percentile for weight). He is 9 months now but has been wearing the 12 month size for several weeks, and grew out of the 9 month size a while ago. So I've concluded that they do indeed shrink significantly after a few washes, even if I wash them on cold and tumble dry low. I have had the shrinking happen with other Carter's clothing, just the undershirts. I expect we will be getting the 18-month size fairly soon.

Bought these before in 6-9 months and my son is too long for them now, so I bought them in 12m. Mistake with this pack. After washing and drying, 4 of the onesies are now the exact same size as the 6-9 month ones I already had! This didnt happen with the other ones I ordered. Order a size up to account for potential shrinkage. Waste of money.

I ordered the 6 pack in black/white color size 18 month for my 10 month old to wear now (will be big) and grow into throughout the summer. The quality is excellent, especially for the price. Soft breathable 100% cotton fabric that washes and dries well. True to Carter's sizing - possibly a touch stretchier because of the soft cotton material and no stitching/screen print design etc. to keep the fabric from giving. The designs are adorable and each is very different from the other. These will be perfect to dress up if need be or for him to be comfy at home. I especially love the button details on the submarine, grey stripe, and black onsies. There is also a onsie with a pocket square detail, which is adorable. Definitely recommend the Carter's Simple Joys overall, and really love these onsies. As cute as Cat & Jack at Target in my opinion.

Here they are in all their glory. These are very good quality, thicker material but not to thick, very cute and the snaps on them are awesome! I bough both color schemes and when he grows out of them I hope they are around to buy more or maybe I'll just buy them now and set them aside... don't second-guess it just get them!!

The Simple Joys bodysuits were easy, cute everyday outfits for my active boy. The fit was appropriate for his height and weight. The fabric was relatively soft, durable, and breathable during the late summer. The colors were bold and only one suit's color faded. Sadly, most of the designs were typical baby boy stuff, which I feel are cheesy and outdated. Overall, I was satisfied with my purchase.

Bought 6-9M for our 6M old and fits perfectly after washing. No special handling either- just throw it in the wash, dry and wear. Colors are vibrant and haven't faded. Even homemade beet baby food hasn't stained these shirts. Baby seems very comfortable in them. They are thinner, not cheap thin, but wanted to mention so no one expected a thick cotton. I like this for summer, but when it gets cool you do probably want to use a little jacket/sweater.

I wanted to buy my son some more onesies, and stumbled upon these by accident. Usually I only buy Carters onesies, not because of the brand per se, but because of the quality, and consistent sizing. I was trying to figure out the cheapest route to ordering a single pack of onesies, since the Carters website wasn't offering any free shipping deals. Sometimes Amazon has comparable process on Carters stuff, so I came here. I was pleasantly surprised to find the Simple Joys brand, with really cute designs and good prices. Compared to regular Carters onesies, the sizing is the same. Quality-wise, I feel like the Simple Joys brand may be a tiny bit thinner, but honestly, i'm not sure if I would notice unless I saw them side by side. I'll definitely be purchasing this brand again.

Great designs... Great package and economical price... It was exactly the product I was looking for, but I had a sad situation after the first wash...Since babies are sensitive, we wash baby clothes immediately. 40 degrees was ideal. You can wash whites at 60 degrees. I washed these products at 40 degrees. There was a lint problem when I took out the laundry. The fabric was worn out... As if it had been used for years...I was very surprised by this situation. It really upset me that it was like this after only 1 wash. However, it had great reviews and I thought I would be satisfied with this product.I questioned if it might have been washed wrong but everything was correct. We washed in the same mode as we always wash. The problem was the fabric...

I loved theeeeeem. I brought it for the summer for my boy so I haven’t used them yet to know the fit but they are really nice just like the picture. The only concern was that one of the pieces had a spot on it which is not big but got a bit frustrated as I don’t know whether it will come out or not

Nice colours. Just what I wanted - they’re a lot longer in the body than other 18-24 month ones but that’s actually what I was hoping for as I couldn’t get age 2-3!
