I have been taking it for a month now I would recommend it , it helps to reduce anxiety headache , but it don’t help me to fall asleep quicker thou , the flavor is amazing for person who don’t like taking pills would recommend.

I take this magnesium supplement nightly. I prefer drops to taking capsules & feel it has more complete absorption. The flavor is pretty good, too.

Complex magnesium in liquid form
I really appreciate getting to take a complete magnesium supplement in liquid form. Horse pills are hard to take, plus this one offers a larger dose. People over 65 need a higher dosage of magnesium. It’s helpful for sleeping but a must have for heart function. Thank you

I was looking for magnesium not in pill form. This has a great taste. I haven’t been using it long enough to notice its intended benefits but since it’s tasty it’s easy to take it consistently. That’s important me.
