Easy mix and eat.

The pudding does have a great banana flavor and the kids like it pretty well. I’ve used it a few times to make a banana pudding with the home made whip cream and vanilla wafers (all sugar free) and has been a pretty good, low-carb dessert. I do find that you have to use more of the packet (I usually use two packets) and less liquid than they recommend in the instructions to get a good pudding product. Works well blended in the Vitamix.

This item is a rip off. Horrible as it could be, I have to put in the garbage, since I did not notice it was not returnable.Nobody should buy this crap Is so salty, 270Mi of salt. Can not be dissolved unless the use of a blender or, something of that nature, it is just disgusting. Hopefully this could alert some people, not to buy it. Disappointed.

Didn’t like the taste as a pudding however, I did add it to a cake mix and it worked fine in there. Was disappointed in the pudding itself as the taste had an aftertaste and the texture was a little off. Works great for baking.

Really good flavor

One word. YUM. We made a cleaner version of the Banana Pudding for Easter and it turned out so good. I highly recommend this brand if you are trying to clean up your diet, but still want to splurge a little on special occasions.
