I was buying the twenty milligrams for my husband and they work great. He hated having you take three pills to get any sleep. I found these and decided to try them. I asked him if they worked he said all right I slept and I didn't want to get out of bed. Normally he tosses and turns. After taking the 60mg he slept all night and no more tossing and turning. Dissolved easily, taste great he says and great price. Now this will be his new sleep medicine.

Excellent - works well and if you don't want to chew it, you can down it with a glass of water, no problems.
