n May last year we purchased your UK Moth Solution product, TEOS HomeCare. At first, I was very sceptical. The traps looked like simple triangular cardboard pieces that you hang up to catch moths, and after trying various chemical products with no success, I honestly didn’t expect much. For the first month nothing really happened, but after that the traps started filling up. Within 2–3 months, the moths completely disappeared. We had no moth problems throughout the whole summer and autumn. Now, in winter before spring, I decided to purchase your product again, and I can confidently say that it really works. I especially like that it has no unpleasant smell, is non-toxic, and very easy to use. The space provided to note the dates when the trap is hung and removed is a brilliant idea. I also really appreciated the thank-you letter that came with the product. Everything was explained clearly and in detail, and it was reassuring to know that support and even a leaflet were available if needed. This is just a really effective product for catching clothes moths. Really good customer service from the company as well. Also, the notes included in the box are well worth reading, for factual information, but also, they're written in a surprisingly entertaining way.

I bought these last year as follow up to more aggressive treatment of a wool carpet with moth insecticide etc. We had to get rid of a rug that had moth larvae and looked like it had spread to carpet. They were really good for monitoring whether the moths had gone or not and catching any remaining males to stop the cycle if there were still some left. Easy to use if you date them so I made sure I had one that was in date all winter and spring. No reoccurrence until July (but they love the hot humid weather) so have bought some more as a few were caught in the moth trap. It's important to be realistic about the challenge if getting rid of the moths. One product alone doesn't do it and I've had to be much rigorous with hoovering eg moving furniture so they gave nowhere to settle. Overall though a really useful product and the company offers lots of advice. But if you've got an infestation you will need to use it with other things as well.

I have set up all 10 of the traps around the house in various locations; top of cabinets, dark corners, wardrobes, in every single room of the house. After a few weeks of these traps being set up, not a single moth was caught. Still have moths flying around the house that are completely oblivious to the traps. I have followed instructions, the traps were easy to set up, and the film was easy to peel to reveal the sticky bit. So setting up the traps was easy, but I was expected somewhat meaningful results, yet results have remained at a null. These traps were not good value for money as they have not caught anything after weeks of being in use. However, other people seem to have better results.
